Online Tracking Form

Please track your volunteer time monthly

Thank you for all you do as a CASA volunteer for children in our county. As a CASA volunteer, we need you to track and record the time you spend helping children and submit a monthly tracking form. All the time you spend counts–whether driving to a meeting, taking the child on an outing, participating in a training.

It is critical for our funding and reporting that we receive your tracking form by the 5th of every month for the previous month. Your recorded hours translate into funding for CASA! We know you are doing great things in the community with the children, and we just need to be able to document that!

CASA Advocate Supervisors, are here to help and support you! These links help you easily access an online form for submitting your monthly hours and driving miles. If you need anything more, please contact us directly.

Our office will be open by appointment only until April 3.

Please stay in touch with us! You may access your supervisor by calling or texting their cell phone. If you don’t have their number, please call our office (805-541-6542) and we will direct you.

The CASA emergency phone is available nights and weekends (805-441-0044). At this time, in person info sessions, in-service training and CASA training is cancelled. We are in the process of reaching out to anyone signed up for either of these; please check our website for more information and updates.
